Search public Facebook and Instagram ads, read the advertisers behind them, and download the creative files, from https://api.fetchlayer.dev/facebook-ad-library. No Meta developer account or access token required — just your FetchLayer key.

Keep at most 4 requests in flight from one client: at that level each request takes about as long as it does alone, typically 4–10 seconds for a page of 30 ads. Extra requests wait their turn, first come, first served, and the wait counts against timeoutMs; a request that cannot start before its own limit answers a 503 marked X-Timeout-Source: caller.
